Walter Bertolini lives in Vienna and also enjoys spending quality time in Vorarlberg. He has been working as an organisational consultant, coach and management trainer since 1990. After several years of learning and training in successful consulting companies, Walter has been an independent consultant at his own company ‘Bertolini Transformationsprozesse’ since the end of the 1990s and a founding member of the consulting partnership werk4 in Vienna since 2007.
Walter studied law and political science in Vienna and worked as a lawyer until 1990. He is trained in organisational development, systemic consulting and group dynamics and has dealt with the topic of ‘deep transformation’ in numerous training courses. Since 2001 he has integrated the work of C.O. Scharmer (Theory U) and "The Work" of Byron Katie.

Leadership Development – Developing leadership as a personal skill.
Change Management – Mastering change together.
Project Management – Achieving goals together.
Quality Management – Good quality costs less in the long run.
-
Independent consultant, trainer, and coach since 2006, Alexander Chenet has found his purpose in challenging and guiding people and organizations through their development. His career path—evolving from physicist to project manager to consultant—has been defined by constant change.
He embodies the process of navigating transformation, always placing equal value on what is worth preserving and on what no longer fits and needs to change. Extensive training and professional development form the foundation of his work and reflect his inquisitive drive to constantly gain fresh insights.
Movement—both physical and mental—is a driving force in his professional and personal life. He considers it essential to keep the body in mind and actively integrating both. Beyond this, he is an avid pilot; he loves not only the sensation of safely piloting a light aircraft through sometimes turbulent air but also the experience of traveling to new, unfamiliar environments.
